Okanagan Wedding Venues is a small directory of the venues and vendors we would want to know about if we were planning a wedding here. Osoyoos to the Shuswap.
Why it exists
Planning a wedding in the Okanagan usually means a spreadsheet, a dozen browser tabs and a lot of guessing about what a venue actually looks like. We wanted one place where the places and people are laid out plainly, by area and by what they do.
We are an independent brand. We are not owned by a venue group, a wedding magazine or a tourism board. Nobody can pay to be listed first — only Featured placement is paid, and it is always labelled.
How listings work
We build listings from public business information so couples can find places that have no marketing budget. Each business is invited to claim their page, correct it and tell their story in their own words.
An unclaimed listing is marked as such, and we say plainly that we are not affiliated with that business. If a business has closed or wants out, they can ask us to remove the page and we will.
What we will not do
- · We never show ratings or reviews pulled from other sites.
- · We never sell couples' details to businesses they did not choose.
- · We never charge couples to browse, shortlist or inquire.

South Okanagan (Osoyoos, Oliver, Okanagan Falls, Kaleden), Penticton and Wine Country (Penticton, Naramata, Summerland), Central Okanagan (Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland), North Okanagan (Vernon, Coldstream, Armstrong, Lumby, Cherryville) and the Shuswap (Salmon Arm, Sorrento, Mara).
