Privacy, in plain language.
We collect as little as we can, share it only where you have asked us to, and delete it when you ask.
What we collect from couples
When you send an inquiry we collect the names you give us, your email address, your phone number if you provide one, your wedding date, guest count, budget, area, the categories you are interested in, your message and the businesses you chose.
- · Your details are shared only with the member or featured businesses you selected.
- · They are never sold, and never shared with free or unclaimed listings.
- · Our team can see inquiries so we can help if something goes wrong.
Deletion requests
Email chad.giesbrecht@gmail.com with the email address you used and ask us to delete your inquiry. We remove it from our database and tell the businesses you contacted that you have asked to be forgotten. We do not keep a backup copy beyond our normal system backups, which roll off.
Business information
Business listings contain publicly available information such as a business name, town, website and phone number, plus anything the business adds after claiming their listing. A business can ask us to correct or remove their listing at any time via the request removal link on their page.
Cookies and analytics
We do not run advertising trackers. We do count page views on listings so businesses can see how their page is performing, and that count is anonymous — no names, no email addresses, no cross-site tracking.
